عن ابن عُمرَ رضيَ اللهُ عنهما قال: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يَزُورُ قُبَاءَ رَاكِبًا وَماشِيًا، فَيُصلِّي فِيهِ رَكْعتَيْن.ِ متفقٌ عليه. وفي روايةٍ: كان النَّبِيُّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يَأْتي مَسْجِدَ قُبَاءَ كُلَّ سبْتٍ رَاكِبًا وَمَاشِيًا وكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يفعله.
Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to visit Quba', both riding and on foot, and pray two rak'ahs there. Agreed upon. In another narration: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to come to the Mosque of Quba' every Saturday, riding and on foot, and Ibn 'Umar used to do likewise.

قُباء: قرية قريبة من المدينة النبوية المنورة، أما اليوم فقد امتد العمران من المدينة إلى قباء، فأصبحت حيًّا من أحيائها.
"Quba'": a village near the radiant Prophetic city of Madinah. Today the built-up area has extended from Madinah to Quba', so that it has become one of its districts.

The recommendation of visiting the Mosque of Quba'. Several hadiths have been narrated concerning the merit of praying in it, among them what al-Tirmidhi narrated: "A prayer in the Mosque of Quba' is like an 'Umrah." The keenness of 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) to follow the example of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
