Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Shall I not direct you to a treasure from among the treasures of Paradise?" I said: "Yes indeed, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "There is no power nor might except with Allah (La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah)." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

The desirability of saying the hawqalah (La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah) frequently, for it signifies submission and entrusting one's affairs to Allah, and [an acknowledgment] that the servant possesses nothing of his own affair and has no means to repel harm or bring about good except by the will of Allah the Exalted.
