باب كراهة عودة الإنسان في هبة لم يسلمها إلى الموهوب له وفي هبة وهبها لولده وسلمها أو لم يسلمها وكراهة شرائه شيئًا تصدق به من الذي تصدق عليه أو أخرجه عن زكاة أو كفارة ونحوها ولا بأس بشرائه من شخص آخر قد انتقل إليه

Chapter on the Dislike of a Person Taking Back a Gift He Has Not Yet Delivered to the Recipient, or a Gift He Has Given to His Child Whether Delivered or Not, and the Dislike of His Buying Back Something He Gave in Charity from the One to Whom He Gave It, or Which He Paid as Zakah or Expiation and the Like; Though There Is No Harm in Buying It from Another Person to Whom It Has Passed
