Harithah ibn Wahb (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say, "Shall I not tell you about the people of the Fire? Every harsh, miserly, arrogant person."
About the people of the Fire: what is meant is most of them, not all of them. Harsh ('utull): that is, the coarse and rough one. Miserly (jawwaz): that is, the one who hoards this world and withholds it from being spent; and it is also said: the bulky one who is conceited in his gait.
