عَن ابن مسعودٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قال: قال رسولُ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: «أَلا أَخْبرُكُمْ بِمَنْ يَحْرُمُ عَلى النَّارِ، أَوْ بِمَنْ تُحَرَّمُ عَلَيْهِ النَّارُ؟ تَحْرُمُ على كُلِّ قَرِيبٍ هَيِّنٍ ليِّنٍ سَهْلٍ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وقال: حديثٌ حسنٌ.
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you who will be forbidden to the Fire, or to whom the Fire will be forbidden? It is forbidden to everyone who is approachable, gentle, soft, and easygoing." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, who said: It is a hasan (sound) hadith.

كل قريب: أي محبب إلى الناس لحسن معاملته لهم، وهذا لا ينشأ إلا من الإيمان الصحيح. هين لين سهل : المقصود بهذه الألفاظ التواضع والليونة وحُسن المعاملة للناس وقضاء حوائجهم.
Everyone who is approachable: that is, beloved to people because of his good treatment of them — and this arises only from sound faith. Gentle, soft, and easygoing: what is meant by these words is humility, gentleness, good treatment of people, and fulfilling their needs.
