عَنْ عبدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قال: قال رسولُ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: «إنَّ المُقسِطِينَ عِنْدَ اللهِ عَلى مَنابِرَ مِنْ نورٍ، الَّذِينَ يعْدِلُونَ في حُكْمِهِمْ وأَهليهِمْ وما وَلُوا» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
Abd Allah ibn Amr ibn al-As (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the just will be with Allah upon pulpits of light: those who are just in their judgements, with their families, and in what they are placed in charge of." Narrated by Muslim.

عند الله: المراد به يوم القيامة. المقسطين: المقسط هو العادل. في حكمهم: أي في قضائهم وقسمتهم للمال والحقوق وتعاملهم. وما ولوا: ما جُعل تحت سلطانهم وتصرفهم.
With Allah: what is meant is on the Day of Resurrection. The just (al-muqsitin): the just one is the one who acts equitably. In their judgements: that is, in their rulings, their distribution of wealth and rights, and their dealings. What they are placed in charge of: what has been placed under their authority and control.
