عنْ عمرَ بنِ الخطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قالَ: سمِعتُ رسُولَ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ يقولُ: «إنَّمَا يلبَسُ الحريرَ منْ لا خَلاقَ لَهُ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. وفي رِوَايةٍ للبُخاريِّ: «مَنْ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُ في الآخِرةِ».
Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Only one who has no share [of the good] wears silk." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim). In a narration of al-Bukhari: "One who has no share in the Hereafter."
الشرح · explanation
لا خلاق له: أي لا حظَّ له ولاَ نَصيبَ له من الخير.
"Has no share" (la khalaq lahu): he has no portion and no share of good.

That whoever violates the prohibition and wears silk in this world will be punished by entering the Fire if he does not repent and seek forgiveness.
