عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ كَانَ لا يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الجُمُعَةِ حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ فَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْتِهِ، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would not pray after the Friday prayer until he had departed, whereupon he would pray two rak'ahs in his house. Reported by Muslim.

أنّ النَّبِيّ صلّى اللّهُ عليه وسلّم كان يصلّي سنّة الجمعة البعدية ركعتين في البيت. قال بعض العلماء: إن صلّى في المسجد صلّى أربعًا وإن صلّى في بيته صلّى ركعتين، وقال بعضهم في الجمع بين الحديثين أنّه لا بأس أن يصلّيها ركعتين وإن صلاها أربعًا فهو أكمل سواء في البيت أو المسجد.
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray the sunnah after the Friday prayer as two rak'ahs in his house. Some scholars said: if he prays in the mosque he prays four, and if he prays in his house he prays two; and some of them said, in reconciling the two hadiths, that there is no harm in praying it as two rak'ahs, and if he prays it as four it is more complete, whether in the house or the mosque.
