عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّهِ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بِمِنَى فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ: «إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ، حَرَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، في شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.
Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said in his sermon on the Day of Sacrifice at Mina during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "Indeed your blood, your property, and your honor are sacred to you, as sacred as this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours. Have I not conveyed the message?" Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

يوم النحر: يوم ذبح الأضاحي. يومكم: يوم النحر. في شهركم هذا: شهر ذي الحجة. بلدكم هذا: مكة.
"The Day of Sacrifice": the day of slaughtering the sacrificial animals. "This day of yours": the Day of Sacrifice. "In this month of yours": the month of Dhu al-Hijjah. "This land of yours": Mecca.
