عنْ أبي هُرَيرةَ رضي اللَّهُ عنْهُ قالَ: سمِعْتُ رسُول اللَّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يَقُولُ: «من قَذَف ممْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنا يُقامُ عليهِ الحَدُّ يومَ القِيامَةِ، إلّا أنْ يَكُونَ كما قالَ» متفقٌ عليه.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever slanders his slave with fornication (zina), the prescribed punishment will be inflicted upon him on the Day of Resurrection, unless it is as he said." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

قذف: رمى. الحدّ: العقوبة المحددة في الشرع للقاذف وهو الذي يتهم غيره بالزنى.
"slanders" (qadhaf): casts an accusation. "the prescribed punishment" (al-hadd): the penalty fixed in the Law for the slanderer (qadhif), who is the one who accuses another of fornication.

أنّ ظلم العبيد والخدم، ولو بالكلام، يجلب عذاب اللّه للظالم يوم القيامة، إظهارًا لكمال عدل اللّه تعالى.
That wronging slaves and servants, even by words, brings the punishment of Allah upon the wrongdoer on the Day of Resurrection, as a manifestation of the perfection of Allah the Exalted's justice.
