Riyad Al Salihin

On the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Every morning, a charitable act is due from every joint of any one of you. Every glorification of Allah (saying SubhanAllah) is charity, every praise of Allah (saying Alhamdulillah) is charity, every declaration that there is no god but Allah (saying La ilaha illAllah) is charity, every declaration of Allah's greatness (saying Allahu Akbar) is charity, enjoining good is charity, and forbidding evil is charity. And two units of prayer performed in the forenoon (Duha prayer) suffice for all of that." Narrated by Muslim.
