Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Indeed, a large, heavy man will come on the Day of Resurrection and will not weigh before Allah as much as the wing of a mosquito." [Agreed upon]

A person's value is in his deeds, not his form or body. A Muslim must concern himself with purifying his heart and his deeds before concerning himself with his appearance; what counts is hearts and deeds, not outward forms and bodies. People's deeds will be weighed on the Day of Resurrection.
