عن أبي شُرَيْحٍ خُوَيْلِدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الخُزاعِيِّ رضي اللّهُ عنه قال: قال النبيّ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنّي أُحَرِّجُ حَقَّ الضَّعِيفَيْنِ الْيَتِيمِ والمَرْأَة» رواه النَّسائيّ بإِسناد جيد.
Abu Shurayḥ Khuwaylid ibn ʿAmr al-Khuzāʿī (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "O Allah, I warn sternly against neglecting the rights of the two weak ones — the orphan and the woman." [An-Nasaʾi with a good chain]
الشرح · explanation
أُحَرِّجُ: أُلحِقُ الحَرَجَ، وَهُوَ الإِثْمُ بِمَنْ ضَيَّعَ حَقَّهُما، وَأُحَذِّرُ منْ ذلكَ تَحْذيرًا بَلِيغًا، وَأَزْجُرُ عَنْهُ زَجْرًا أَكيدًا. حق الضعيفين: ما يستحقانه، ويشمل الحقوق المالية وغيرها.
"Uḥarrij": I attach sin (ḥaraj) to the one who neglects their rights, and I warn strongly against that, rebuking sternly. "The right of the two weak ones": what they are entitled to — including financial rights and others.

الترهيب من التعرض للمرأة واليتيم بأي سوء. الضعفاء الذين لا حول ولا قوة لهم، يلجؤون إلى اللّه ويحتمون بقوته، ولذلك كان المتعرّض لهم كمن أخلَّ بعهده مع اللّه.
A stern warning against exposing the woman and the orphan to any evil. The weak, who have no strength of their own, resort to Allah and take refuge in His power; therefore, whoever harms them is like one who has broken his covenant with Allah.
