عن أبي الدَّرْداءِ عُوَيْمرٍ رضي اللّهُ عنه قال: سمِعتُ رسولَ اللّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يقول: «ابْغُونِي الضُّعَفَاءَ، فَإِنَّمَا تُنْصرُونَ، وتُرْزَقونَ بضُعفائِكُمْ» رواه أَبو داود بإسناد جيد.
Abu al-Dardaʾ ʿUwaymir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say, "Seek out the weak for me, for you are granted victory and provision only through your weak ones." [Abu Dawud with a good chain]

ابغوني: أعينوني على طلب الضعفاء والبحث عنهم لتقريبهم.
"Seek them out for me": help me find and draw near the weak.

الضعفاء أشدّ إخلاصًا في الدعاء، وأكثر خشوعًا في العبادة لخُلُوِّ قلوبهم من التعلق بزخرف الدنيا، وصدق لجوئهم إلى اللّه تعالى. الحضُّ على التواضع ومنع الترفع على الآخرين. القوي يرتفع مكانه إذا استخدم قوته في نصرة الحقّ، والضعيف يثبت فضله بانكساره وتضرعه وإخلاصه.
The weak are more sincere in supplication and more humble in worship, as their hearts are free from attachment to worldly adornment, and their recourse to Allah the Exalted is genuine. Encouragement to humility and prevention of arrogance over others. The strong person's station rises when he uses his strength to support the truth; the weak person's merit is established through his humility, supplication, and sincerity.
