عن أبي هريرة رضي اللّهُ عنه قال: قال رسولُ اللّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: «لا يَفْرَكْ مُؤْمِنٌ مُؤْمِنَةً؛ إِنْ كَرِه مِنها خُلُقًا رضِيَ مِنْها آخَرَ» أَوْ قَالَ: «غيْرَهُ» رواه مسلم.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "A believing man must not hate a believing woman. If he dislikes one trait in her, he will be pleased with another," or he said, "another besides it." [Muslim]

نهي الزوج عن بُغض زوجته وكراهيته لها، لأنّه إن وجد فيها خلقًا يكرهه وجد فيها خلقًا مرضيًا. دعوة المؤمن إلى تحكيم عقله والموازنة بين الإيجابيات والسلبيات والعيوب والميزات في أي خلاف يقع مع زوجته.
Prohibition of a husband hating and disliking his wife — for if he finds in her a trait he dislikes, he will find in her a pleasing trait. A call to the believer to use his reason and weigh the positives and negatives, the flaws and the merits, in any dispute with his wife.
