عن عبدِ اللهِ بنِ مسعودٍ رضي اللهُ عنه قال: قالَ رسولُ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ: «لِيَلِنِي مِنْكُمْ أُولُو الأَحْلامِ والنُّهَى، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ» ثَلاثًا «وإِيَّاكُم وهَيْشَاتِ الأَسْوَاقِ» رواه مسلم.
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let those of you who are mature and possessed of understanding stand nearest to me, then those who are next to them"—saying it three times—"and beware of the clamor of the marketplaces." هيشات الأسواق: أي المنازعة والخصومات التي تحصل في الأسواق وارتفاع الأصوات واللَّغط ونحوه.
The clamor of the marketplaces (hayshat al-aswaq): that is, the disputes and quarrels that occur in the markets, the raising of voices, the uproar, and the like.

بالإضافة إلى ما سبق في حديث ٣٤٩ النهي عن إحداث الضجيج وارتفاع الأصوات أمام المصلين، وكذلك أمام المساجد، لما لها من الحُرمة والمكانة. عدم التشويش على المصلين، ومن أمثلة التشويش أصوات الهواتف الجوّالة، ومن يجلس في آخر المسجد من الشباب فيتكلمون بصوت مرتفع وضحكات لا تليق خاصّة في شهر رمضان. العناية بالصلاة والاهتمام بها واتخاذ الأسباب لأدائها على الوجه المشروع.
In addition to what preceded in hadith 349: The prohibition of creating commotion and raising voices in front of those praying, and likewise in front of mosques, on account of their sanctity and standing. Not disturbing those who are praying. Among the examples of disturbance are the sounds of mobile phones, and youths who sit at the back of the mosque speaking in raised voices and laughing in a manner that is unbecoming, especially in the month of Ramadan. Giving care and attention to the prayer and taking the means to perform it in its prescribed manner.
