عن أبي مُحَمَّدٍ فَضَالَةَ بنِ عُبَيْدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ رضيَ اللهُ عنه: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رسولَ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يَقُولُ: «طُوبَى لِمَنْ هُدِيَ إِلى الْإِسلامِ، وَكَانَ عَيْشُهُ كَفَافًا، وَقَنَعَ» رواه الترمذي وقال: حديثٌ حسن صحيح.
Abu Muhammad Fadalah ibn Ubayd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Blessedness is for the one who has been guided to Islam, whose livelihood is sufficient, and who is content." Reported by al-Tirmidhi, who said: a sound and authentic hadith.

طوبى: كلمة مدح، وهي المنزلة العظيمة والغاية من الطيب أو الجنة أو شجرة في الجنة وكله في نفس المعنى.
Blessedness (tuba): a word of praise; it means the great station and the utmost of goodness, or Paradise, or a tree in Paradise — all of which carry the same meaning.

Contentment with what Allah has provided, together with guidance to steadfastness upon Islam, is a great station that the Muslim should strive to attain. A person's happiness lies in the perfection of his religion and his contentment with what Allah has given him.
