عَنْ أبي هُريرةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قال: «لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلى كُراعٍ أَوْ ذِرَاعٍ لأجبتُ، وَلَوْ أُهْديَ إِليَّ ذِراعٌ أَو كُراعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ» رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيّ.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Were I invited to a sheep's trotter or a foreleg, I would accept; and were a foreleg or a trotter given to me as a gift, I would accept it." [Reported by al-Bukhari]

الكراع: ما تحت الركبة من الساق في البقر والغنم وهو عار من اللحم فيعتبر من الطعام الذي تقل رغبة الناس فيه. الذراع: ما في اليد من رؤوس الأصابع إلى المرفق، وهو من أفضل أنواع اللحم، فجمع صلى الله عليه وسلم بين النوع الأدنى والأعلى.
The trotter (kura'): the part below the knee of the shank in cattle and sheep; it is bare of meat and so is considered among the foods people have little desire for. The foreleg (dhira'): the part of the limb from the fingertips to the elbow, which is among the finest kinds of meat. Thus he (peace and blessings be upon him) combined the lower and the higher kind.
