ما كان عليه رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم من كمال الخُلق، ولقد كان خُلقه القرآن يُحل حلاله ويُحرم حرامه ويتأدب بآدابه. من كان حسن الخلق فإنّ من حوله يشهدون له بذلك ويلمسونه منه.

The perfection of character that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) possessed; indeed his character was the Qur'an, permitting what it permits, forbidding what it forbids, and conducting himself by its manners. Whoever is of good character, those around him bear witness to it and perceive it in him.
