عن أنسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: أنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كانَ إذا تَكَلّم بِكلِمَةٍ أعَادها ثَلاثًا حَتَّى تُفْهَمَ عَنهُ، وإذا أَتَى عَلى قَوْمٍ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَلَّمَ علَيْهِمْ ثَلاثًا. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيّ.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) spoke a word, he would repeat it three times until it was understood from him; and when he came upon a group of people and greeted them, he would greet them three times. Reported by al-Bukhari.
