عَنْ عَائشةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قالَتْ: قالَ رسولُ الله صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: «إذا أكل أَحَدُكُمْ فَليَذْكُرِ اسْمَ الله تعالى، فإنْ نسيَ أَنْ يَذْكُرَ اسْمَ اللهِ تَعَالَى في أَوَّلِهِ فَليَقُلْ: بِاسْمِ اللهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ». رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُودَ، والتِّرْمِذِيُّ، وقال: حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صحيحٌ.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you eats, let him mention the name of Allah the Exalted; and if he forgets to mention the name of Allah the Exalted at its beginning, let him say: In the name of Allah at its beginning and its end." Reported by Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi, who said: a hasan sahih hadith.

وجوب ذكر اسم الله عند إرادة الأكل. من نسي ذكر اسم الله في بداية الطعام فليذكر اسم الله في أثنائه حتى يوقف مشاركة الشيطان له في طعامه. المشروع عند تذكر التسمية في أثناء الطعام هو قول بسم الله أولَّه وآخرَه.
The obligation of mentioning the name of Allah when intending to eat. Whoever forgets to mention the name of Allah at the beginning of the meal, let him mention the name of Allah during it, so as to halt the devil's sharing in his food.
