عَنِ ابنِ عمرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُما قال: كنَّا نَأْكُلُ عَلى عَهدِ رسُولِ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم ونحْنُ نَمْشي، ونَشْرَبُ وَنحْنُ قيامٌ. رواهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ، وقال: حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صحيحٌ.
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported: In the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) we used to eat while walking and drink while standing. Reported by al-Tirmidhi, who said: a hasan sahih hadith.
