عَنْ يعِيشَ بنِ طِخْفَةَ الغِفَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُما قالَ: قالَ أبي: بيْنمَا أنَا مُضْطَجِعٌ في الْمسَجِدِ عَلَى بَطْنِي إذَا رَجُلٌ يُحَرِّكُنِي بِرِجْلهِ فقالَ «إنَّ هذِهِ ضِجْعَةٌ يُبْغِضُهَا اللهُ» قالَ: فَنَظرْتُ، فإذَا رسولُ اللهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُودَ بإسْنادٍ صحيحٍ.
Ya'ish ibn Tikhfah al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported: My father said: While I was lying on my belly in the mosque, a man nudged me with his foot and said: "This is a manner of lying down that Allah detests." I looked, and behold, it was the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Reported by Abu Dawud with a sahih (authentic) chain.
