عنْ أَنسٍ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ قالَ: قالَ رسُولُ اللّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّمَ: «سَوُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ، فَإنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلاَةِ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ: «فَإِنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصُّفُوفِ مِنْ إِقَامَةِ الصَّلاَةِ».
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Straighten your rows, for the straightening of the row is part of the perfection of prayer." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim). In another narration by al-Bukhari: "For the straightening of the rows is part of the establishment of prayer."

سووا صفوفكم: تسوية الصفوف: اعتدال القائمين على سمت واحد. من تمام الصلاة: أي تمام آدابها ومحاسنها.
"Straighten your rows": straightening the rows means the alignment of those standing along a single line. "Part of the perfection of prayer": that is, the completeness of its etiquette and excellences.
