عَنْ سَمُرَةَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ يَوْمَ الجُمُعَةِ فَبِهَا وَنِعْمَتْ، وَمَنِ اغْتَسَلَ فَالْغُسْلُ أَفْضَلُ». رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُودَ، وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ.
Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution on Friday, that is well and good; but whoever performs ghusl, the ghusl is better." Reported by Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi, who said: a hasan (good) hadith.

فبها ونعمت: أي فبالرخصة أخذ ونعمت هي الرخصة الوضوء.
"That is well and good (fa-biha wa-ni'mat)": that is, he has taken the concession, and an excellent thing it is — namely, the ablution.
