عَنْ أَبي أَيُّوبَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَخْبِرْنِي بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِي الجَّنَةَ، قَالَ: «تَعْبُدُ اللّهَ لا تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا، وَتُقِيمُ الصَّلاةَ، وَتُؤْتِي الزَّكَاةَ، وَتَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.
Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Tell me of a deed that will admit me to Paradise. He said: "You worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, establish the prayer, give the zakat, and maintain the ties of kinship." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

تصل الرحم: أي تصل الأقارب بالزيارة والمساعدة.
"Maintain the ties of kinship": that is, connect with relatives through visiting and helping them.
