عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: حُجَّ بِي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللّهِ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَأَنَا ابْنُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.
Al-Saib ibn Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I was taken to perform Hajj with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) during the Farewell Hajj, when I was seven years old. Reported by al-Bukhari.

جواز إحجاج الصبي قبل البلوغ ومباشرته النسك إذا كان مميزًا وذلك ليتمرن على العبادة فيألفها بعد البلوغ.
The permissibility of having a child perform Hajj before puberty and of his carrying out the rites, provided he is of discerning age (mumayyiz), so that he may become trained in worship and grow familiar with it after reaching puberty.
