عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّهِ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِئَةَ دَرَجَةٍ أَعَدَّهَا اللّهُ لِلْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ، مَا بَيْنَ الدَّرَجَتَيْنِ كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ». رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In Paradise there are a hundred degrees that Allah has prepared for those who fight in His path; between each two degrees is [a distance] like that between heaven and earth." Reported by al-Bukhari.

ما بين الدرجتين: التَباعد ما بين الدرجتين من هذه الدرجات المئة التي أُعِدَّت للمجاهِدين، هو كتباعد ما بين السماء والأرض.
"Between the two degrees (ma bayna al-darajatayn)": the distance between two of these hundred degrees prepared for the fighters is like the distance between heaven and earth.
