عَنْ أنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللّهَ لَيَرْضَى عَنِ الْعَبْدِ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الْأَكْلَةَ فَيَحْمَدُهُ عَليْهَا، وَيَشْرَبُ الشَّرْبَةَ فَيَحْمَدُهُ عَلَيْهَا» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah is pleased with the servant who eats a morsel of food and praises Him for it, and drinks a draught and praises Him for it." Reported by Muslim.
