عنْ أنسٍ رضي اللَّهُ عَنهُ أنَّ النبيَّ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قال: «لا تَباغَضُوا، ولا تحاسدُوا، ولا تَدابَرُوا، ولا تَقَاطعُوا، وَكُونُوا عِبادَ اللَّهِ إخوانًا، ولا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أنْ يهْجُرَ أخَاه فَوقَ ثلاثٍ» متفقٌ عليه.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not hate one another, do not envy one another, do not turn your backs on one another, and do not sever ties with one another; and be, O servants of Allah, brothers. It is not lawful for a Muslim to forsake his brother for more than three [days]." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

لا تباغضوا: أي لا تفعلوا ما يؤدي إلى البغض بالقلوب. لا تحاسدوا: لا يتمن بعضكم زوال نعمة أخيه. لا تدابروا: التدابر يكون بالأجساد أي يولي الرجل أخاه إذا لقيه ظهره، إعراضًا عنه. لا تقاطعوا: التقاطع ترك التواصل المؤدي إلى البغضاء والنفرة. أن يهجر: أن يترك.
"Do not hate one another": that is, do not do what leads to hatred in the hearts. "do not envy one another": let none of you wish for the removal of a blessing from his brother. "do not turn your backs on one another" (la tadabaru): mutual back-turning is with the bodies, that is, a man turns his back on his brother when he meets him, in aversion to him. "do not sever ties" (la taqata'u): mutual severance is abandoning the maintaining of ties, which leads to hatred and estrangement. "forsake" (an yahjura): to abandon.
