عن أبي هُريْرَة رضي اللّه عنْهُ عَن النَّبيِّ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قَالَ: «لا تَرْغَبُوا عَنْ آبَائِكُمْ، فَمَنْ رَغِبَ عَنْ أبيهِ فَهُوَ كُفْرٌ» متفقٌ عليه.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Do not turn away from your fathers, for whoever turns away from his father, that is disbelief." Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

لا ترغبوا عن آبائكم: أي لا تنتسبوا لغيرهم.
"Do not turn away from your fathers": that is, do not ascribe your lineage to other than them.
