عنْ أَبِي سعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رضِي اللّه عنْهُ أَنَّ رسُول اللّه صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قَال: «إِنَّ اللّه عزَّ وجلَّ يقُولُ لأهْل الْجنَّةِ: يا أَهْلَ الْجنَّة، فَيقُولُونَ: لَبَّيْكَ ربَّنَا وسعْديْكَ، والْخيرُ في يديْك فَيقُولُ: هَلْ رَضِيتُمْ؟ فَيقُولُونَ: وما لَنَا لا نَرْضَى يا رَبَّنَا وقَدْ أَعْطَيْتَنَا ما لمْ تُعْطِ أَحدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ، فَيقُولُ: أَلا أُعْطِيكُمْ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ ذَلَكَ؟ فَيقُولُونَ: وأَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَفْضلُ مِنْ ذلِكَ؟ فيقُولُ: أُحِلُّ عليْكُمْ رضْوانِي، فَلا أَسْخَطُ عليْكُمْ بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا» متفق عليه.
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah (the Mighty and Majestic) will say to the people of Paradise: 'O people of Paradise!' They will say: 'We are here at Your service, our Lord, and at Your pleasure, and all good is in Your Hands.' He will say: 'Are you pleased?' They will say: 'Why should we not be pleased, our Lord, when You have given us what You have not given to any of Your creation?' He will say: 'Shall I not give you something better than that?' They will say: 'What thing could be better than that?' He will say: 'I bestow My good pleasure upon you, and I shall never be displeased with you thereafter.'" Agreed upon (al-Bukhari and Muslim).

أنّ اللّه سبحانه يكلم المؤمنين في الآخرة ويكلمونه. أنّ اللّه سبحانه ينعم على أهل الجنّة من شتى أنواع النعيم حتى يرضَوْا بل ويعطيهم أفضل ممّا قد رضوا به وهو رضوان اللّه تبارك وتعالى عليهم.
Allah (Glorified is He) will speak to the believers in the Hereafter, and they will speak to Him. Allah (Glorified is He) bestows upon the people of Paradise every kind of bliss until they are pleased; indeed, He grants them something even better than what has already pleased them, namely the good pleasure of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) with them.
